Alnico 3 Single Coil

Neck: A fatter, warmer pickup than the 2250’s with more low mids and a lower treble peak. A rounder, chunkier sound with punchier mids. Alnico 3 magnets have a different midrange characterized than the 2’s or 5’s. A little more attack, a little more spark and a little more power.

Middle: Has the same qualities as the neck but reverse wound and with reverse polarity for hum canceling in switch positions 2 and 4. A little more attack, a little more spark and a little more power.
